Trade Smart Reseacrh Product License Manager Help

To begin using purchased products after installation you need to make activation of these products.

Introduction.

To activate product you need to run Trade Smart Research Product License Manager and generate code, then send it to us and get code of activation.

• To run Trade Smart Research Product License Manager go to:
  Start -> Program -> TradeSmart -> Licence Manager
• or you can run it from command line of your PC:
  Start -> Run, type tslicman.exe and press OK.

Trade Smart Research Product License Manager also is run automatically when you first time start purchased program and if activation was not done.

Please be aware that if you change hardware of your PC you will need to do the activation again.

Warning!

• Generation of installation request has to be done on the same computer where installation will take place later.
• Make sure that you have administrator rights on your computer that is necessary for software installation.

Activation of Trade Smart Research products consists of several activities:

1. Filling registration form at first registration on that PC.
2. Installation code generation for activation code request.
3. Sending installation code on line or through email.
4. Getting activation code.
5. Entering activation code.

After starting the program choose the following:

• A. Installation code generation for program activation.
• B. Program activation if you have activation code already
  

If you don't have activation code choose "A"., if you already have activation code choose "B".

Installation code generation for activating program.

• Filling registration form.

If you have already filled registration form on this PC you don't need to do it again. Information that you fill in registration form should much the information that you gave when purchased the product. If your information change in future you don't need to change it in Trade Smart Research Product License Manager. Identification of client is based on email that was given at the moment of purchase.

• Choosing option of getting activation code.

A. Online, through Web interface from this computer.
B. Offline, through email or from another computer.

If PC where you installed software has internet connection you can choose option "A". In this case you can copy installation code and paste it and get activation code right away and activate the program.

If your PC doesn't have internet access and registration will be made from another computer or through email choose option "B". In this case file will be created with installation code that you can send by email or copy to another computer that has internet access.

Getting activation code online.

• Open web page http://reg.tsresearch.com
• Enter your email and password that you got when purchased product.



• In menu Products choose product and press [Get License].
• Copy installation code that appears in the window (Ctrl+v)

  

  or if you use code and installation as file, press "Browse"

  

  in the window of your browser and show the path to the installatio code (it should be file with extension *.TSR)



• Press "Send Request" on your browser.
  

  

  After activation code appears, copy it to clipboard pressing "Copy to clipboard" on your browser.



• By pressing "Paste Activation Code" transfer the code to Trade Smart Research Product License Manager.



• You can also import activation code from file at this stage by pressing "Import Activation File".
  If everything went well, message "License for "product" accepted and saved" should appear.
• To finish press "Finish"

Getting activation code using installation code as file through WEB interface.

• 

  Open web page http://reg.tsresearch.com
• Enter your email and password that you got when purchased product.



• In menu Products choose product and press Get License.
• Press "Browse" in the window of your browser and show the path to the installation code (it should be file with extension *.TSR)



• Press "Send Request" in your browser.



• When activation code appears press "Download code from file" and keep in mind where it was saved.



• After that copy saved file to the computer where software was installed.



• Run Trade Smart Product License Manager and choose B. Software activation (if you already have activation code)



• Press "Import Activation File"

  

  and show the path to the file (it should be file with extension *.TSL)



• If everything went well, message "License for "product" accepted and saved" should appear.
• To finish press "Finish"

Getting activation code offline through email or from another computer.

• Press "Save installation code from file" and remember it's location.



• Saved file you can email to address: reg@tsresearch.com
• When we get installation code from you we prepare activation code and send it back to address where it was sent.
• If you have software for filtering SPAM please make sure that can get email from our domain TSRESEARCH.COM
• Getting license through email can take some time because of time difference and national holidays.
• Installation file also can be sent to us using web interface from another computer. In this situation you can get license code online.

Software activation if you have activation code.

• If you already have activation code as file press "Import Activation File" and show path to th file (it should be file with extension *.TSL)



• If everything went well, message "License for "product" accepted and saved" should appear.
• To finish press "Finish".
